While I am trying heroku login through cmd in my machine, it says

Could not find existing public key
Would you like to generate one? [YN]

After that when I press 'y' and enter it says

! Could not generate key: 系統找不到指定的路徑。

[Solution]

Use the Git Bash application to open a command shell on Windows.

Log in using the email address and password you used when creating your Heroku account:

Press enter at the prompt to create a ssh key.
